SERVICES
Individual therapy for identity, confidence, and authenticity—plus coaching and group programs for those ready to show up differently.
Individual Therapy
50-minute sessions focused on who you are, who you're becoming, and how to close the gap between the two.
Whether you're navigating impostor syndrome, family conflict, religious questioning, LGBTQ+ identity, career confusion, or just trying to feel like yourself again—this is a space where you don't have to perform, manage anyone else's feelings, or have it all figured out.
I work with smart, thoughtful adults who are tired of playing roles that don't fit. We'll explore the patterns keeping you stuck—family scripts, internalized beliefs, fear of rejection—while building practical skills to show up as yourself, even when it's uncomfortable.
My approach is informal and laid-back. We'll go deep when you need to process something difficult, and we'll laugh when humor is what helps you see things clearly. Therapy doesn't have to feel like therapy—it can be as natural and human as any good conversation.

What We’ll Work On
Sessions are usually 50 minutes of conversation, but I'm flexible. We can walk and talk, hike, do a longer intensive, or use tools like writing or drawing if that helps you process. I'm informal and easy to talk to—my goal is to make you comfortable enough to be honest about what's going on so we can figure out where to go from here. Here's what people typically work on:
Impostor Syndrome & Self-Doubt
You feel like a fraud despite evidence otherwise. We'll work on internalizing your accomplishments, quieting the critical voice, and building self-trust that doesn't require constant validation.
Identity & Direction
You don't know who you are or what you want—whether that's career, relationships, sexuality, or gender. We'll clarify your core values, explore what actually fits you, and build the courage to pursue it—even when it's not what you "should" want.
Life Transitions & Feeling Stuck
Major shifts leave you feeling untethered or lost—career changes, relocation, or just a sense that something needs to change. We'll identify what's actually changed, clarify what you need, and build a path forward that feels like yours.
Family Conflict & Boundaries
Being yourself threatens your most important relationships—whether around your identity, sexuality, or life choices. We'll work on communicating who you are, setting boundaries that protect you, and navigating family dynamics when acceptance isn't guaranteed.
Religion & Faith Exploration
You're questioning, leaving, or staying in your faith while being yourself. We'll create space to explore your beliefs, process religious harm, and figure out what's right for you—without pressure in any direction.
Relationships & Authenticity
You're hiding parts of yourself in important relationships. We'll explore what you actually want, practice communicating it, and navigate the risks of being authentic with people who matter.
Anxiety & Perfectionism
Your high standards are exhausting you. We'll work on managing anxiety, challenging all-or-nothing thinking, and keeping what makes you effective without burning out.
Presence & Confidence Coaching
Not therapy — skill-building. Coaching is for people who want to work on how they show up in high-stakes moments: presentations, difficult conversations, interviews, video calls, or anywhere you want to project confidence without feeling fake.
My background as a professional actor means I approach this differently than most coaches. We'll work on the practical, external stuff — voice, body language, how you hold space — alongside the internal blocks that get in the way. Sometimes confidence is about mindset. Sometimes it's about practice. Usually it's both.
This is a good fit if you:
Need to improve your on-camera presence for video calls, content, or media
Want to develop executive presence without feeling fake
Are preparing for a major presentation, pitch, or public speaking engagement
Want to communicate more confidently in high-stakes situations
Format: 50-minute sessions via video
Investment: $250 per session
Coaching does not require a therapy relationship and is available to clients nationwide.
Group Programs
(Coming Soon)
I'm developing small-group programs (6-8 people) focused on confidence, presence, and showing up authentically. These will combine what I know as a therapist with practical skills from my acting background.
On the horizon:
Camera Confidence for Professionals — Show up naturally on video without the awkwardness.
Authentic Confidence — Build genuine confidence, not performance, in an encouraging, supportive environment.
Understanding Relationships — Improve relationships skills like communication, boundaries, and conflict resolution with help from Theatre, TV and Movies
These will be weekly to biweekly groups lasting from 6-8 weeks meeting both remotely and in person depending on demand.
